Terms of Service
Last updated: March 30, 2026
Acceptance
By accessing or using Axura ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
If you are using Axura on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, "you" refers to the organization.
The Service
Axura provides a spacecraft and mission data platform, including data access, API endpoints, AI-powered search ("Ask Atlas"), and analysis tools.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected users of material changes.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any API keys associated with your account.
You must not share API keys with unauthorized third parties. If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, notify us immediately at security@axura.dev.
Acceptable Use
When using Axura, you may not:
- Scrape the platform beyond your API tier limits
- Resell or redistribute Axura data without prior written consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Tiers & Payment
Axura offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free — €0/month
- Researcher — €19/month
- Pro — €59/month
- Team — €39/seat/month (minimum 2 seats)
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Data & Intellectual Property
Axura data is sourced from public domain datasets, including those provided by NASA, ESA, and UCS. Our platform software, design, and brand are owned by Axura.
You retain full ownership of any data you upload or generate via the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the data accessible through Axura is complete, accurate, or error-free. Space mission data may contain discrepancies between sources — this is a known and intentional feature of working with multi-source datasets.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Axura's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you to Axura in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall Axura be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of Axura after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
